Learn moreThis is where it all began
In September 2023, Christian Funck started a freelance IT service in Oberhausen: websites, IT support and software development for companies in the region. These projects grew into the offers that are part of Funck GmbH today.
In February 2026 this became Funck GmbH, based in neighbouring Duisburg. Oberhausen has stayed with us: the gasometer and the Sorcerer’s Apprentice at the top of our homepage stand there and remind us of the beginning.
For companies in Oberhausen the move changes little. Duisburg is the neighbouring city, we are happy to come to you for meetings, and you still have one contact person who knows the region.
