Funck GmbH delivers IT services, software and training that customers can rely on. Six principles apply to this.

Back up and check

Every change to a customer system is preceded by a backup and followed by a check.

Defined procedures

Repeatable work follows documented procedures. Mistakes are recorded as rules; if a mistake recurs despite a rule, the rule is reviewed and the procedure adjusted.

Law and approvals

We meet the legal requirements and the conditions of our approvals.

Measure and improve

We measure what we promise and continually improve the system.

Scope

The quality policy applies to all services of Funck GmbH and its offerings Funck IT, ausbilden24, bytebones, servuno and acadivo.

Review

Management reviews the quality policy annually as part of the management review and adjusts it where necessary.
